AFurthermore Bespoke Art and Design artwork is an investment we hope you cherish for a very long time. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied with the work purchased please contact Nyree on 0417 096 365, email nyree@futhermore.com.au or use the contact page.

RETURNS

There is only a return when a painting is:
• damaged
• Not suitable for the purpose for which it was stated to be used; or
• as otherwise stated by Law;
then on provision of the relevant item and your receipt, Furthermore Bespoke Art and Design will provide a refund or replace.

Where a design service is provided to you by Furthermore Bespoke Art and Design, we will undertake the service with due care and skill and within a reasonable time frame when no specific time period is agreed with you.

If you simply change your mind about a purchase of artwork , then you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

ORDERS

Artworks from Furthermore Bespoke Art and Design are able to be ordered via the website using one of the payment methods listed below. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Products paid for by Bank Transfer or Cheque will be posted only once funds are cleared.

CHEQUE

PAYPAL

Use your account or pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

MAKING AN ORDER

 OVERSEAS

If you live outside of Australia and wish to purchase works please contact Nyree directly on +61 (0)417 096 365, email nyree@futhermore.com.au or use the contact page. Additional shipping charges will apply.

 SHIPPING

Free Shipping of works within Australia.
Shipping charges will apply for orders made from outside Australia.
Freight and/or courier costs on larger or delicate pieces will be calculated as part of the overall online price.

 DELIVERY

Furthermore will endeavour to ship all works and products within three business days. In the case of bespoke and commissioned works, clients will be emailed with an estimated shipping date. Please keep in mind that Furthermore is based in regional Western Australia which may add an additional 1-3 shipping days.

GIFT WRAPPING

Most items will be wrapped in a way that will give you extra brownie points.
